Azure Islands

DeepThink is a forerunner of the emerging market of virtual property in Second Life®. Our debut branding, the Azure Islands, was established in early 2005 as an extension of an earlier project. As it stands, the virtual property business is currently a prominent part of DeepThink's day to day operations.

As of 2008 our virtual real estate spans over 26 square kilometers (26,000,000 square meters). Split up across more than 400 individual regions, these properties are are called home to several thousand different paying residents and business owners. We've explored myriad possibilities in developing virtual lands spanning from shopping districts, futuristic nighttime islands, tropical islands to vast deserts, mountain forests and jungles.

We have designed a significant amount of content for these properties, including all original terrain, textures and modeling which are applied to the original regions before sale. DeepThink manages these estates using an innovative billing system -- the first of its kind -- that allows remote management and maintenance of the entire estate.

Due to significant thriving growth, our branding has expanded into the Nova Islands and Triton Islands. These serve as companion estates that cater to individuals who want slightly different policies than those we offer on the Azure Islands. With this expansion, our company also continues to grow alongside with the experience of being one of the few highly successful ventures to take root on this platform.
